Kazakhstan made wise decision to hold presidential elections - Henk Nieboer

THE HAGUE. KAZINFORM - It is a wise step to hold presidential elections in Kazakhstan, believes Chairman of the board of the Netherlands-Kazakhstan Council for Trade Promotion Henk Nieboer.
Mr. Nieboer shared his thoughts on the upcoming elections in Kazakhstan after attending the roundtable dedicated to the International specialized exhibition EXPO 2017 in The Hague. "Your economy is facing some challenging times due to falling oil prices. And I believe it is a wise decision [to hold presidential elections]," he told Kazinform correspondent. The Dutch official also added that the new president will have to make tough decisions in order to run the country amid challenges.
