Kazakhstan lures potential investors from UAE

The event was aimed at expanding commercial and economic cooperation between business circles of Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the UAE Kairat Lama Sharif, deputy governors of a number of Kazakhstani regions and more than 100 businessmen and entrepreneurs from the two countries attended the business forum. At the forum it was noted that Kazakhstan created new investment climate and investment incentives to lure potential foreign investors to Kazakhstan. "Kazakhstan's macroeconomic, social and political stability is also a key factor in attracting foreign investments," Chairman of the Investments Committee Yerlan Khairov told participants of the forum. In total, 150 investment projects worth $7 million were presented at the business forum.
