Kazakhstan legalized 3 thousand properties worth 17.2 billion tenge

They included 8 868 real property items amounting to 64,8 billion tenge; 5512 non-residential facilities amounting to 23.1 billion tenge, including 1,018 commercial buildings worth 12.8 billion tenge; 13 applications were received for legalization of the shares in legal entities totaling 0.7 billion tenge; securities amounting to 0.8 billion tenge. Presently, 2 976 property items for 17.2 billion tenge have been legalized. No applications for legalization of the property registered beyond the borders of Kazakhstan have been received. In terms of submitted applications, Almaty region (3650) and Almaty (2500) are leading the way and followed by Aktobe region (1075). The last place in the list in terms of activity in this sphere belongs to West Kazakhstan and Mangystau regions.
