Kazakhstan leads on GDP growth among CIS states in H1

ST. PETESRBURG. August 9. KAZINFORM /Yelena Myagkova/ Kazakhstan leads on GDP growth among the CIS states according to the results of the first half year. The GDP growth in the country made 8.3%, the Statistics Committee of the CIS informs.
From January to June the GDP of Uzbekistan increased by 8%, Tajikistan - by 7.4%, Armenia - 6.7%, Belarus - 6.6%, Turkmenistan - 6.15%, Kyrgyzstan - 5%, Ukraine - 4.9%, Moldova - 4.7%, Azerbaijan - 3.7.
The GDP of Russia increased by 2.9% during the reporting period.
