Kazakhstan leads JEEN rating
The obvious leader of the JEEN Rating became Kazakhstan, says the first report of the Joint Eurasian Expert Network.
The Rating shows the basic development tendencies of the ex-Soviet states amid the crisis. This Rating is the first in a series of resistibility ratings to crisis effects in the countries of the ex-Soviet space. The basis for making the Rating became the results of interrogation carried out among experts in the ex-Soviet space, political scientists, observers, journalists and also state government bodies. Russia was not included in the Rating by reason of the general orientation of the network on covering the events mainly in the countries of the Central Asia and Caucasus as well as by reason of proportionality.
According to the rating Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia and Tajikistan ranked last eight places. The obvious leader of the Rating became Kazakhstan, then follow Azerbaijan and Belorussia. Lithuania and Estonia shared the fourth place, and then come Turkmenistan, Latvia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Moldova.
