Kazakhstan leads Central Asia in economic development: Ambassador of Guatemala
Z.Turisbekov briefed his colleagues on the main provisions of the President's Address to the Nation and informed the guests about celebration of the 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence. The Kazakh Diplomat paid special attention to the process of realization of the forced industrialization program of Kazakhstan and increase of investment attractiveness of the country.
The Ambassador of Guatemala expressed interest in establishment of diplomatic relations with Kazakhstan, development of economic and cultural cooperation. "Kazakhstan is the leader of economic development in Central Asia. We are interested in the Kazakh reform experience", he said. The Israeli Ambassador, in his turn, proposed extending cooperation in the innovation sphere and agrarian sector. Issues of development of the Customs Union and formation of the Single Economic Space of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus were discussed at the meeting as well.
