Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Russia should develop mechanisms to improve labor migration management systems - symposium in Astana
"Following the three-day work the symposium participants have agreed that the participating states should discuss the opportunities of development of the mechanisms on improvement of their labor migration management systems", Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection Birzhan Nurymbetov said at the final press conference.
According to him, the activity in this direction will include improvement of the national legislations of each country; modernization of vocational-technical training of the staff; regulation of the procedure of employing migrants and increasing the role of inspection of labor.
Besides, the trade unions of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan entered into bilateral agreements on cooperation within the symposium in order to strengthen and protect the labor migrants of all ethnic groups.
