Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan PMs meet in Astana

The parties discussed the issues of mutual cooperation in the spheres of economy, extension of near-border cooperation as well as measures on increase of investment interaction of the countries. They also exchanged opinions on the current situation and prospects for further bilateral partnership in trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres. The parties stated that due to friendly ties the relations between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are developed in positive channel and expressed interest in their further strengthening on the basis of mutual benefit. Upon completion of negotiations K. Massimov and I. Chudin took part in the session of the Intergovernmental Council.
