Kazakhstan, Italy to discuss trade-economic coop May 27 in Astana - MFA

ASTANA. May 23. KAZINFORM /Murat Zhakeyev/ On May 27, 2011 Astana will host the 6th regular session of the Kazakh-Italian intergovernmental working group for industrial and economic cooperation and exchange. Official Spokesperson of the Kazakh MFA Askar Abdrakhmanov has informed of it at a briefing today.
The Italian delegation will be headed by Vice Minister of Economic Development Stefano Saglia, while the Kazakh side will be represented by Vice Minister of Economic Development and Trade Timur Suleimenov.
According to A. Abdrakhmanov, the meeting is expected to focus on the prospects of expanding trade-economic relations between the two countries. "The agenda will also include the issues of cooperation in innovations, investments, transport, energy, small and medium businesses and others", he added.
