ANA. October 5. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakhstan is a promising country for educational tourism development. Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev has made it public at the opening of the UNWTO general Assembly's 18th session.
"The basic direction of innovation-technological development of Kazakhstan in XXI century is strengthening human potential, intellectual nation creation, because of it Kazakhstan is a promising country for educational tourism development", the Head of the State noted.
N.Nazarbayev emphasized that Kazakh pays attention to the one of the prospective type of tourism - space tourism.
"At present 30 launching sites exist in the world, but the Baikonur's position is the special. Baikonur is a cradle of the astronautics development in the world", he said.
