Kazakhstan interested in Malaysia's participation in industrial development programs, Nursultan Nazarbayev

ASTANA. June 6. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "Kazakhstan is interested in participation of the Malaysian business in realization of the country's industrial programs," President Nursultan Nazarbayev stated at the press conference following the meeting with Malaysian PM N. Razak in Astana today.
"We have debated issues concerning trade turnover increase. Last year the tarde reached USD 100 mln," the President added.
The parties focused on Malaysian business interest in energy, mineral resources, and agriculture and finance projects.
"We have agreed on resumption of the work of the joint Council of the Trade ad Economic Committee and establishment of a Business Council," the Head of State said.
