Kazakhstan interested in expansion of Korean business participation in projects of Kazakh economy diversification - Nazarbayev

President Nursultan Nazarbayev has announced it at the opening ceremony of The Year of Kazakhstan in Korea.

"Today our nations and states are connected with trust and partnership relations. Close contacts are supported at the level of parliamentarians and governments, ministries and departments and business circles of the two countries. Trade-economic cooperation develops. We are interested in expansion of the Korean business participation in projects of the Kazakh economy diversification as well as in development of processing industries and agriculture", N.Nazarbayev said.

According to him, the visit of President of the Republic of Korea Lee Myung-bak which was held last year gave new impulse to our relationships. "And our economic relations have good dynamics. I hope that the current visit will give new impulse to these relations. We want to promote mutually beneficial Kazakh-Korean partnership", the Kazakh President said.
