Kazakhstan interested in EBRD's participation in the country's stock market development

The prospects of development of Kazakhstan's economy as well as the issues of cooperation between Kazakhstan and EBRD were discussed at the meeting. In particular, the sides considered the issues of EBRD's participation in co-financing of the projects initiated by the Kazakh Government within the framework of Program on Forced Industrial Innovative Development.

Besides, the sides discussed the perspectives of implementation of investment projects in various spheres of Kazakhstan's economy.

K. Massimov expressed interest of Kazakhstan in EBRD's participation in the process of development of the country's stock market and corporate sector financing system. He also expressed confidence in further successful and fruitful cooperation with the bank.
