VIENNA. February 24. KAZINFORM Our country intends to further develop the constructive cooperation with all interested international organizations, including the OSCE and its institutions, Kazakh Senate Chairman Kairat Mami said at a meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Standing Committee at the Hofburg Palace.
The formation of multi-party Parliament is a logical continuation of the process of political modernization of Kazakhstan's society. In this regard, we agree with the opinion of the High Representative of the European Union, Catherine Ashton that the presence of three parties in Parliament "is a positive step towards the development of a pluralistic and democratic culture in Kazakhstan."
