Kazakhstan, Indonesia cement transport coop

The agreement has been reached within the Global Partner Project aimed at establishing active interaction with the world's transport and logistics leaders.

During the signing ceremony the sides debated problems of transportation of Indonesian and Chinese products to Europe and CIS countries and vice versa through Kazakhstan.

The heads of the companies agreed to develop the best route for Indonesian cargo traffic (rubber, cotton, pharmaceutical products) via Kazakhstan and its neighbors and export of grain and chemicals to Indonesia.

The memorandum is believed to strengthen the Kazakh-Indonesian business cooperation and positively affect the development of the international transit routes. It will also ensure Kazakhstan's status of the competitive country in the international arena.

The document was inked by the acting President of JSC "Kaztransservice" and the Chairman of the Association of Transport and Logistics companies of Indonesia.
