Kazakhstan hockey team beats Slovenia in friendly match

ASTANA. April 10. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan's national hockey team beat Slovenia 2:1 in a friendly match in Maribor the other day, Kazinform refers to Vesti.kz.

The home team was the first to score, however, Kazakhs dominated the game. Fyodor Polishchuk and Talgat Zhailauov's goals helped Kazakhstan route their opponent.
The next friendly match between Kazakhstan and Slovenia will take place this evening at 22:30 Astana time.
The Kazakh hockey team prepares for 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Division I Group A in Budapest on 14-20 April. Kazakhstan is to play against Great Britain, Japan, Italy, South Korea and Hungary.
