Kazakhstan format of interethnic consent arouses big interest in CIS - conference in Almaty

"Interethnic consent is the priority of policies of all CIS countries. But there are still some problems. We still didn't determine many categories, which are used in the sphere of interethnic relations. A big analytical work should be done. We need to create a special center to integrate efforts of scientists, political scientists, public figures and form a data bank of ideas", scientist S.Mazhitov said.

S.Mazhitov added that the Speech of the Head of the State at the XII Congress of Nur Otan Party had a deep meaning, when the President says that there is a necessity to model new ideas in the sphere of interethnic relations. "What are the mechanisms of implementation of these ideas?", "What is interethnic consent?" and "What is interethnic cultural dialog?" These words are easily used in our life. But they mean a model formed in Kazakhstan, which may not be suitable for other countries of the CIS. We should analyze all existing models in the post-soviet space", the scientist considers.
