Kazakhstan firmly committed to integration policy - Kazakh Sec of State

TASHKENT. August 9. KAZINFORM /Kurmat Samarkhan/ Kazakhstan is firmly committed to the active integration policy. Kazakh Secretary of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev said it at the III sitting of Foreign Ministers of 'Central Asia plus Japan' Dialogue in Tashkent on August 7.
As K. Saudabayev explained, moving towards the open market and international competition carries both risks and opportunities. Kazakhstan's authorities and business community look with favor on comprehensive development of regional cooperation.
"In Central Asia we take measures on deepening of economic integration, conclusion of bilateral agreements and development of investment cooperation", the Kazakh Foreign Minister noted.
The Kazakh-Kyrgyz and Kazakh-Tajik investment funds, having USD 100 million registered capital each, will realize projects in key economy sectors, including energy, trade and investments, transport, environmental protection.
