Kazakhstan eyes reduction in serious crime rates

ASTANA. January 24. KAZINFORM "There is a steady tendency towards lowering the number of especially grave crimes in Kazakhstan. Last year the crime rates decreased by 14.7%," head of the law enforcement department of the Kazakh President's Administration A.Shpekbayev told a briefing.
Besides, the large-scale extraordinary attestation helped significantly change the law-enforcement personnel, as well as the key personnel.
