Kazakhstan Engineering has joined the United Nations Global Compact

Implementation of international CSR standards in Kazakhstan practice based on the principles of the Global Compact is one of the key objectives stated by the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev in his Address "Kazakhstan-2050 " Strategy".

Joining the international instrument means the company's commitment to be guided in its work by ten principles of the UN Global Compact.

These principles are formulated on the basis of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labor Organization, "on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work" and the Rio de Janeiro Declaration on Environment and Development.

Commitment to corporate social responsibility is part of the long-term strategy of the company, set up to improve and stimulate investment and innovation activities of Kazakhstan's economy through effective corporate governance entities with state participation.

Company as part of the CSR has elaborated the code of conduct, internal documents regulating labor relations, and appropriate activities are conducted. In the near future Kazakhstan Engineering is planning to publish a report on the social standards of the reporting of the Global Compact and GRI.

Company encourages the implementation of CSR in its subsidiaries by implementing appropriate policies and processes in the business practices of companies.
