Kazakhstan embarks on a course of building democratic state governed by rule of law - PM Bektenov
Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov congratulated the people of Kazakhstan on the Republic Day, Kazinform News Agency reports citing the press service of the Kazakh Government.
"This day is of great importance for the people of Kazakhstan. The Declaration of State Sovereignty became the starting point of a new stage in the history of our country. A young, independent republic with great historical roots boldly took a course towards building a democratic state governed by the rule of law," the letter of congratulation reads.
According to him, Kazakhstan has achieved significant results in development, and "even more ambitious tasks await us."
"The Head of State has set a goal of building Just and Fair Kazakhstan. I am confident that thanks to the unity of the people, honest and diligent work of each citizen, our country will reach new great heights!" the Prime Minister emphasizes.
Olzhas Bektenov wished strong health and well-being to his compatriots.
Republic Day is celebrated in Kazakhstan on October 25.
Earlier, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the people of Kazakhstan on the Republic Day.
