"China is a country benefiting from the reduction of prices for oil, because China is a net petroleum-exporting country. In terms of the volume of export of the oil from Kazakhstan to China, there are no serious changes so far. In particular, the volume of this export is about 5 mln tons per year. However, we transit about 7 mln tons of Russia's oil, and as a result China has about 12 mln tons a year imported from Kazakhstan and Russia," S. Mynbayev noted.
