Kazakhstan Development Bank extended KZT 45 bln in credits

ASTANA. KAZINFORM "Kazakhstan Development Bank has extended credits worth KZT 45 bln to six commercial banks since the beginning of the year through the interbank lending program," its CEO Askar Dostiyarov made public at today's briefing at the Central Communications Service under the Kazakh President in Astana.

"It provided funding for more than 27 projects in the sphere of machine building, metallurgy, chemistry, petrochemical and food industries, etc. to the amount of KZT 38 bln," he added. According to him, Kazakhstan Development Bank lent KZT11 bln to CenterCredit Bank, KZT10 bln to TsesnaBank, KZT 2 bln to Kazkommertsbank, KZT11 bln to Sberbank, KZT 4 bln to Alfabank and KZT 7 bln to Khalyk Bank.
