Kazakhstan delegation to take part in 42 session of CIS Economic Council in Kishinev

ASTANA. June 15. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ Head of the Directorate -General for External Relations of the European Commission Gunnar Wiegand will visit Kazakhstan on June 16-17. Official Representative of the Kazakh Ministry for Foreign Affairs Yerzhan Ashikbayev has told about it today during briefing.
The meetings with the Kazakhstan official bodies on the issues of cooperation in the format of Kazakhstan-EC are planned during the visit.
According to Y. Ashikbayev Kazakhstan delegation will take part in the 42nd session of the CIS Economic Council in Kishinev on June, 18.
The agenda of the session covers 14 issues including cooperation of the CIS counties in operation of intergovernmental power lines of the national power system, joint development of the international transport corridors, creation of the body for CIS branch cooperation in scientific-technical and innovation spheres as well as assessed contribution to the CIS common budget in 2009.
