Kazakhstan defines poverty line for QII 2014

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - By the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection Tamara Duisenova the poverty line in the II quarter is set at 40% of the minimum subsistence level, which in 2014 approved at KZT 19,966.
Persons who receive a monthly income below this level are in the category of "the poor".
