Kazakhstan creates conditions for business - N. Nazarbayev

BEIJING. February 22. KAZINFORM /Ruslan Suleimenov/ Today's informal meeting with representatives of business community of China allows me to say that our country has all the conditions for business development, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev said it today in Beijing during a working breakfast with representatives of business community of China.

As the Head of State noted Kazakhstan had moved 13 places up according to the special investment protection rankings of the World Bank last year. Now is 40^th among 185 world countries. According to the World Bank, Kazakhstan is one of 20 countries attractive for investments.

'We really change the legislation to optimize the system', the President noted.

As the President said, the Customs Union between Russian, Belarus and Kazakhstan arose some doubts. The President then explained that trade turnover even increased by 11 percent since its establishment.

300 projects will be financed within the Industrialization Map. 200 more are still under consideration. The main sectors are metallurgy, construction industry, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, energy, engineering, etc. 'These are important projects for us and we will be glad Chinese companies to take part in them', the Head of State emphasized.
