Kazakhstan cooperates with Islamic Development Bank

DUBAI. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan cooperates with the Islamic Development Bank, said the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev at the 10th World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) in Dubai.
"Kazakhstan was the first among the CIS who developed a partnership program with the Islamic Development Bank. There have been invested more than USD 700 million," he said.
In addition to raising funds, the Islamic Development Bank's institutions provide consulting assistance in Islamic banking development in Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev noted.
