Kazakhstan claims 5 medals at 13th Fazza Dubai 2024 Para Powerlifting World Cup

Kazakhstani athletes hauled two gold and three bronze medals at the 13th Fazza Dubai 2024 Para Powerlifting World Cup, Kazinform News Agency reports.
Zarina Ashir of Kazakhstan claimed two gold medals with a result of 63kg as well as with a total result of 166kg in the women’s 50kg event among youth.
Kazakhstani Aizhan Berimkulova was third in the women’s 50kg event.
David Degtyarev of Kazakhstan won two bronze medals in the men’s 54kg event.
The 13th Fazza Dubai 2024 Para Powerlifting World Cup took place from February 28 to March 6, 2024. The tournament brought together over 180 athletes from 33 countries, including six from Kazakhstan.
