Kazakhstan Center of State-Private Partnership considers 21 projects worth KZT 1.5 trln

ASTANA. February 5. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ 21 projects to the sum of KZT 1.5 trln are under consideration of the Kazakhstan Center of State-Private Partnership JSC to date, Chairman of the Center Bolat Smagulov has said it at the enlarged sitting of the board of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning in Astana today.
"Out of 21 projects 6 ones amounting to KZT 225 bln are under realization at present. The actual investments from the side of concessioners have made KZT 62.4 trln to date", Smagulov added.
According to him, three projects have already been put into temporary service. These are Shar station-Ust Kamenogorsk railway line, North Kazakhstan-Aktobe oblast interregional electricity transmission line and a passenger terminal at Aktau International Airport.
"15 more projects worth KZT 1.3 trln are planned to be implemented on the concessional basis", Smagulov added.
