Kazakhstan can always count on support of Belarus - A.Lukashenko

ASTANA. October 25. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Majilis Chairman Ural Mukhamedzhanov has held a meeting with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk; the press service of the Majilis reports.

U.Mukhamedzhanov noted that Kazakhstan considers Belarus as one of the key states of the post-Soviet space. Kazakhstan highly estimates the results of the official visit of President of Belarus A.Lukasheko to Astana in May, 2011. According to the Speaker, implementation of the agreements reached at the top level will give additional impetus to further activation of bilateral cooperation.

"We keep up with Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan can always count on support of Belarus. The Customs Union, Single Economic Space - time confirmed foresight of our friend. Nursultan Nazarbayev was one of the originators of integration," A.Lukashenko said.

The sides noted that establishment of the Customs Union and Single Economic Space on its basis is a new turn in foreign strategies of our countries, which are directed to real development of integration for the benefit of our peoples.
