Kazakhstan braces for snowy and windy Sunday

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Weather forecasters predict that snow will blanket most regions of Kazakhstan on Sunday. Only western Kazakhstan will enjoy weather without precipitation.
According to meteorologists, blizzard, fog, sleet and wind with gusts up to 28 meters per second are expected in Almaty region. Strong winds will hit Akmola, Kyzylorda and North Kazakhstan regions as well. It will be snowy, foggy and windy in Zhambyl, South Kazakhstan, East Kazakhstan, Kostanay, Pavlodar and Karaganda regions. Besides, Atyrau and Mangystau regions will be tormented by bleak winds.
