Kazakhstan appoints chairman of Industrial Safety Committee
Rashid Dubayev is to head the Industrial Safety Committee of the Emergency Situations Ministry of Kazakhstan, Kazinform News Agency has learnt from the press service of the Kazakh government.

Born in 1966 in East Kazakhstan region, Rashid Dubayev graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh State University.
In 1997 and 2000, Dubayev held different positions from a prosecutor to a senior assistant to the Prosecutor General - representative of the Pavlodar regional prosecutor general's office and others.
In 2009, he was appointed as a deputy director at the Kazakh Justice Ministry’s Information and Procedures Center in Astana.
From 2012 through 2014, he headed the internal security department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Kazakhstan.
In 2022, Dubayev took up the post of the department head for the Abai regional industrial safety committee.
Prior to his current appointment, he headed Almaty city’s industrial safety committee.
Earlier it was reported that Aibek Smadiyarov had been appointed as the Chairman of the Committee for International Information- the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
