Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom sign a joint declaration on strategic partnership

ASTANA. July 1. KAZINFORM - Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Prime Minister David Cameron have endorsed a joint declaration on strategic partnership.
As a result of bilateral negotiations the Kazakh President said that the United Kingdom is one of the largest partners of Kazakhstan. Our country has about 600 companies with British capital, which are involve in a variety of industries. Traditionally we are continuing to develop cooperation in the energy sector.
"We are ready to further strengthen the dialogue with the United Kingdom as follows: raw materials in exchange for investments and advanced technologies", said Nursultan Nazarbayev.
The President also stresses that the two countries have a great potential to deepen and diversify trade and economic relations.
