Kazakhstan and Spain to sign agreement on strategic partnership

ASTANA. July 2. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ "Kazakhstan and Spain will sign an agreement on strategic partnership, convention for the avoidance of double taxation and a range of other documents", Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos has said today at the meeting with Kazakh Foreign Minister Marat Tazhin.
A document in the field of culture will be signed as well. Besides, the visit coincided with the process of preparation to the chairmanship of Kazakhstan in the OSCE in 2010 and Spain in the European Union in the first half of 2010. The Spanish Minister noted that Kazakhstan and Spain pledge to promote all topical issues in the construction of new architecture of security.
The foreign guest will take part in the business forum, meet with Kazakh President N.Nazarbayev and Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov as well.
