Kazakhstan and Russia mull media cooperation issues

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Investments and Development Vice Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Zhumagaliyev and Deputy Minister of Communications and Mass Communications of Russia Alexey Volin discussed bilateral cooperation in the sphere of mass media, the Kazakh ministry's press service said.
The parties agreed on strengthening cooperation and holding roundtables and conferences for media leaders and leading journalist to address media market development of Kazakhstan and Russia. Besides, the sides agreed on cooperation to develop media literacy.
