BRUSSELS. June 28. KAZINFORM /Dimash Syzdykov/ Kazakhstan and the European Union have entered a historical period of relations, EU special representative for CA Pierre Morel told in an interview with Kazakh journalists.
The meeting of Kazakhstan-EU Cooperation Council held in Brussels and the start of the talks on a new framework agreement on advanced partnership and cooperation between Kazakhstan and the EU inaugurated a new historical benchmark of relations between our country and the Europe. It is a brand new impulse for our relations. It will let us consider broadening of the basis of our cooperation, therefore, we admit that the existing basis misses the level of bilateral ties, Mr Morel added.
