ASTANA. April 6. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ ?Kazakhstan adhrees to its policy of good neighborly relations in the Caspian sea region?. President Nursultan Nazarbayev has made it public at a briefing, Kazinform reports.
?We consider it expedient to establish a sovereign zone in 22-25 miles of external state boundaries. I think that it will be a compromise decision?, the Kazakh President said. Kazakhstan initially stood by the principle of demilitarization of the Caspian Sea for ensuring security, the Head of the State noted.
