ASTANA. February 22. KAZINFORM "Kazakhstan-2050" Strategy will guide our country to the successful future, Secretary of State Marat Tazhin said at the meeting with the heads of Kazakh mass media in Astana on Friday.
"Kazakhstan-2030" Development Strategy was adopted in Kazakhstan 16 years ago. And its key provisions were implemented ahead of time. Hence, Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has outlined the new development strategy until 2050. This strategy or a model of development will warn us of the instabilities in the world. Without it, without a beacon to follow, it is hard and almost impossible to move forward," Mr. Tazhin elaborated.
In his words, the new development strategy gives an insight into the ultimate goals and specific tasks for the next 30 years. "It is unreasonable to make any predictions for the long-term," the Secretary of State added.
