Kazakh Vice Minister of Education named

ASTANA. November 12. KAZINFORM Murat Abenov has been appointed Vice Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan.
Abenov will supervise pre-school and secondary education, protection of children's rights, youth policy issues, the Ministry's press service said.
Mahmetgali Sarybekov is relieved of the post of Vice Minister of Education and Science due to a transfer to another appointment.
