Kazakh tennis player to face Ana Ivanovic in Roland Garros opener

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstani tennis player Yaroslava Shvedova is expected to kick off her 2015 French Open campaign next week, Kazinform has learnt from Vesti.kz.
Shvedova will vie against the 7th seed of the tournament Ana Ivanovic of Serbia in the first-round match. The opponents met twice on hard court with Shvedova winning in Miami in 2007 and Ivanovic winning in Cincinnati in 2010. The defending champion Maria Sharapova is set to play against Estonian Kaia Kanepi.
