Kazakh tennis player stumbles in Sydney opener

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's Yaroslava Shvedova has been stunned by the world №73 Katerina Siniakova at the 2015 Apia International Sydney in Australia this morning, Kazinform has learnt from the tournament's official website.
More experienced Shvedova lost to the 18-year-old Czech in three sets 4:6, 6:4, 6:7 in the opening match of the tournament. Perhaps, Shvedova's lackluster performance has something to do with her 6:0, 6:1 loss to Russian Maria Sharapova in Brisbane earlier this week. We can't wait to see Yaroslava back in action and wish her good luck in the upcoming tournaments!
