Kazakh tennis player into men's doubles semifinal at 2014 French Open

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's Andrey Golubev has advanced to the men's doubles semifinal of the 2014 French Open that is on in Paris these days, Sports.kz web portal says.

In the quarterfinal Golubev and his partner Aussie Samuel Groth outplayed the 9th-seeded Lukasz Kubot from Poland and Robert Lindstedt in straight sets 6:3, 6:3.
Golubev and Groth may face either Julien Benneteau and Edouard Roger-Vasselin from France or Maximo Gonzalez and Juan Monaco from Argentina in the semifinal match.
