Kazakh tennis player advances at Wimbledon

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's tennis player Sesil Karatantcheva has advanced to the second round of women's singles qualification at the Wimbledon Championships in London, Sports.kz. web portal says.
In the first-round match Karatantcheva routed Diāna Marcinkēviča from Latvia in straight sets 6:4, 6:2.
In the next qualifying round the Kazakh athlete will face Estonian Anett Kontaveit.
