Kazakh senator takes part in Moscow intellectual property rights forum

ASTANA. October 22. KAZINFORM Kazakh senator Zhumabek Turegeldinov is participating in the first ever international forum Antikontrafakt-2012 in Moscow, the Senate's press service informs.
The event is to focus on the improvement of the state policy in the field of protection of intellectual rights and counteracting to production and dissemination of the pirated and adulterated products.
Special priority will be accorded to the problems of perfecting the lawmaking practice, legal and law enforcement procedures, role of mass media and public organizations in promoting respect to the intellectual property rights. In addition, the participants are to discuss the prospects of strengthening international cooperation in this sphere.
