Kazakh Senate's committee considers bills on ratification of int'l agreements

For instance, the committee gave consideration to the bill of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On ratification of the Convention on civil procedure" done at The Hague on March 1, 1954. Members of the committee also reviewed the bill of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation on the stay of Kazakh citizens on the territory of Russia and Russian citizens on the territory of Kazakhstan". The agreement is aimed at simplifying the procedure of stay of Kazakhstanis and Russians in the two countries without compulsory registration for up to 30 days. The bill of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Swiss Federal Council on the readmission of persons residing without permission" was considered as well. The bills have been submitted for Senate's consideration.
