Kazakh Senate ratified Agreement on construction of Abu Dhabi Plaza in Astana

ASTANA. June 22. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Senate adopted the Law "On ratification of the Agreement between the Kazakh Government and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on the construction of complex Abu Dhabi Plaza in Astana".
Kazakh Minister of Industry and Trade Asset Isekeshev noted that the document regulates the issues of usage of set of preferences in the field of taxation, currency regulation, customs processing, visa provision, etc aimed at the realization of the construction of the complex.
The Agreement was signed in Astana on June 11, 2009.
The realization of the project attracts investments to the amount of USD 1.8 bln. The complex will be commissioned in 2014.
