Kazakh Senate Committee discussed ratification of Kazakh-Russian Treaty on use of int'l agreements within CU

ASTANA. June 21. KAZINFORM The Senate Committee on foreign affairs, defense and security has considered the draft Law on ratification of intergovernmental Agreement between Kazakhstan and Russia on application of international agreements in formation of the Customs Union.
The Agreement was signed in St. Petersburg in May 2010, the press service of the Senate informs.
In accordance with the Agreement Kazakhstan and Russia will apply the Treaty on the Customs Code of the Customs Union and international agreements in the field of indirect taxation on the bilateral basis.
Besides, the Committee considered the draft Laws on ratification of the intergovernmental Treaty between Kazakhstan and Russia on effective use of Baikonur launch complex and the intergovernmental Agreement between Kazakhstan and France on the conditions of establishment and use of remote sensing space system and spacecrafts assembling and testing complex.
