Kazakh Sec of State Saudabayev received Governor of Kansas Samuel Brownback

Secretary Of State Kanat Saudabayev outlined that Sam Brownback "was one of the first in the US Senate, who began to boost bridges of friendship and mutual understanding with Kazakhstan and Central Asia."
S.Brownback, in his turn, expressed gratitude for invitation to the forum and outlined outstanding achievements of Kazakhstan and its President over 20 years of independence, emphasizing special contribution of the country to the field reduction and nonproliferation of nuclear weapons.
Discussing effectively developing bilateral relations in agriculture, engineering and humanitarian cooperation, they expressed readiness to continue efforts on strengthening the Kazakh-American cooperation.
After the meeting with Sam Brownback, Kazakh Secretary of State Kanat Saudabayev received former Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland.
