Kazakh schoolboy wins big at International Olympiad in Republic of Sakha

PAVLODAR. KAZINFORM - A schoolboy from Pavlodar Nursalim Akhmetzhanov has won big at the International Olympiad in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Computer Science Tuimaada-2014 in Yakutsk, the Republic of Sakha.

The Olympiad brought together 187 young intellectuals from Russia, Romania, Indonesia and Kazakhstan. But it was Nursalim Akhmetzhanov from Kazakhstan who stunned the jury and was named the best in two tours. He won grand-prix of the Olympiad, the Chemistry Cup and the Tuimaada gold medal. Nursalim himself says that it is his Chemistry teacher Almas Ordabayev who deserves the credit for his unprecedented success.
