Kazakh, Qatari Vice FMs met in Doha
At the meeting the Kazakh Diplomat handed out an invitation to his counterpart from Kazakh FM Yerzhan Kazykhanov to the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar to take part in the 38th session of the Foreign Ministers Council of the Organization of the Islamic Conference scheduled for June 28-30 in Astana.
Mohammed Abdullah Al-Rumaihi noted positive changes which took place in Kazakhstan in 20 years of independence and highly spoke of the Kazakh President's vision of the country's and region's development. The Qatari side spoke for deepening interaction with Kazakhstan in economy and humanitarian sphere including the development of inter-confessional dialogue.
During the meeting K. Umarov told about the priorities of Kazakhstan's forthcoming chairmanship in the OIC Foreign Ministers Council and the events to be held in Kazakhstan in this period.
In turn, the Qatari Diplomat informed of his country's readiness to provide all-round assistance to Kazakhstan during its chairmanship in this authoritative organization and wished success to our country at this position.
